In addition to this rental application, you will also be required to provide a copy of a valid form of identification and proof of income, have a credit score of at least 580 and your income must equal at least three (3) times the rent.
• TWO most recent pay stubs
• Current Bank Statement – all pages (the actual statement / not a screenshot of your phone app)
• Offer letter for employment if not currently employed
• Proof of other income (alimony, child support, assistance or other income)
• US Government issued Photo ID
• Minimum Credit Score 580. Do not forget to “unfreeze” your credit account, if applicable.
• Your income must equal at least 3 times the rent.
To complete this rental application, the following criteria must be met
• No evictions or judgements in the last 5 years.
• No criminal activity on your record.
• No bankruptcy in the last 7 years on your record.
• 3 years of rental history as well as contact information for your rental references.
A welcoming environment is paramount to all our residents. To help ensure ALL our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require EVERYONE to complete a profile (No Pet/Pet/Service Animal). This process ensures we have formalized pet and service animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability.
