Derek Kneadler

Owner
Derek was born and raised in Scottsdale, AZ and graduated from Horizon High School and Arizona State University. Derek grew up playing many sports but focused solely on the sport of wrestling at Horizon. In 2004, he enlisted in the Army and began a life long dream of becoming a US Army Airborne Ranger. On his 26th birthday he graduated from the Ranger Indoctrination Program (RIP) and earned his tan beret. While assigned to the 1st Ranger Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment, he was deployed 5 times between Iraq and Afghanistan. He served as a Non-Commissioned Officer and Fire Team Leader. It was Ranger Battalion that introduced alternative training and functional movements as a way to prepare yourself for life. Derek was selected to become the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for his platoon on the physical training program called Ranger Athlete Warrior (RAW). When Derek returned home, he became a Level I CrossFit Trainer and Level I USA Olympic Weightlifting Club Coach, co-owning his own CrossFit gym. Derek is now happily married to his wife Lauren and they enjoy their two dogs, a French Bulldog named Elvis and a Dogue de Bordeaux named LiLo.

Cassie E McClenaghan

Cassie is another Arizona native. She has lived in the valley her whole life and can’t imagine living anywhere else. She has been a licensed agent since 2005 and has experienced all different Real Estate markets. Cassie remembers the craziness of multiple offers and the stress of the years following while focusing on REO and Short Sales. It was during this time when she honed her systems and processes while helping to manage a large bank owned portfolio. For more than 10 years, she has been involved with some of the largest real estate teams in the country. In 2018, she went back to get her Broker’s License and became the Designated Broker at Patriot Property Management. Cassie has been married to her husband Jamie, for 20 years and they have identical twin daughters and a son. In their free time, you will usually find her and family enjoying an off-road adventure somewhere – anywhere outdoors! Cassie is also a proud Army Stepmom of another Army Ranger so she was very excited to find her place here at Patriot PM!
