2. Rigorous tenant screening process. Once we attract potential tenants, the next critical step is screening them thoroughly. We have a comprehensive screening process where we perform a detailed background check that includes a criminal history check. We even go as far as knowing if someone has had a speeding ticket. We also check eviction histories, conduct rental verifications, and perform employment verifications. We’ll get in touch with their previous landlords to get a complete picture of a potential tenant's rental history. This thorough vetting process takes time, but it’s essential to ensure that we find the best possible tenant for your property.


3. Eviction guarantee. One thing that sets us apart is our eviction guarantee. For any tenant that we vet and approve, we guarantee them for a full year. If anything goes wrong and the tenant needs to be evicted—which is rare—we will replace that tenant for free.
